About the Program:
Comprehensive provides Early Care and Education, Nutrition, and Family Services to the Long Beach and Los Angeles community. Founded in 1984, Comprehensive has grown from serving a handful of children, to serving 400 children a day through our Early Care and Education Centers and Network of Family Child Care Homes. We understand a healthy and stable home and community provides the best environment for children, and it is our mission to empower children and their families by providing a strong foundation through Early Care and Education.
