About the Program: 
At Temple Beth Avodah, we consider Jewish learning a life-long endeavor. Rabbi Stern and I, together with our wonderful educators and staff, believe that each moment is an opportunity to learn and to teach children and adults about the many facets of Jewish history, literature, ritual, prayer and values. In all of our school programs at Temple Beth Avodah, study is an active pursuit: we use experiential learning as the primary mode of understanding Judaism through our own eyes and our own practice. Temple Beth Avodah Early Learning Center is dedicated to providing a warm, nurturing, safe, and stimulating preschool environment for children. Our nursery school provides an environment that promotes Jewish values including respect for oneself and others, and a love of learning. Our low teacher-student ratio enables us to focus on the social, intellectual, emotional, and physical needs of each child. Our curriculum fosters choice and growth appropriate to each child’s development.
