About the Program:
The Child Development Consortium of Los Angeles (CDCLA) was created by early childhood educators and established as a nonprofit corporation in 1978.
We provide direct early care and education services, consulting services to corporations and other child development programs, and parent education. We are funded by parent fees, in-kind services from the County of Los Angeles, and CalTrans, private foundation grants and contracts with the California Department of Education.
Currently, CDCLA operates 10 child care centers throughout the greater Los Angeles area and we work with a network of family child care homes.
