About the Program:
Pacific Clinics provides multicultural mental health services for several Head Start programs in Los Angeles County.
Pacific Clinics is working with the current Head Start provider (Community Development Institute Head Start) during this transition period and will assume all financial and operational responsibilities for the Head Start/Early Head Start programs on Aug. 1. The agency is also collaborating with such childcare partners as Glendale Community College’s early childhood education program, Mothers’ Club Family Learning Center and Altadena Christian Children’s Center to run its Early Head Start program.
Pacific Clinics is a private, non-profit corporation that has been providing behavioral health care services since 1926. With community-based, outpatient programs for children and adolescents, transitional-age youth, adults, older adults and the homeless, Pacific Clinics has more than 75 sites in Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino and Ventura counties.
