About the Program: 
The Hoa Mai Vietnamese Bilingual Preschool is the result of a deep and purposeful collaboration between the Vietnamese Friendship Association (VFA), Sound Child Care Solutions (SCCS), and Artspace. Each organization contributed unique strengths and experiences to this partnership. VFA has a positive reputation serving the Vietnamese and other refugee and immigrant communities in Southeast Seattle, SCCS has a wealth of experience providing high-quality early-learning programs to seven centers across Seattle, and Artspace has a wonderful history of creating affordable live/work space for artists and their families. Taken together, you can rest assured that Hoa Mai will provide the best educational, cultural and social experience for your child and family. We are excited to share that the City of Seattle has named Hoa Mai Preschool a site for the new Seattle Preschool Program (SPP)! SPP is open to: Children who live in Seattle 3- and 4-year olds by August 31 3-year-olds must meet income guidelines (please contact SPP for additional information)
