Happy Apache Academy uses a parent phone app that allows parents to view activity reports any time they wish. We upload photos, meal information, nap times, and activities into the activity feed. Parents can also message the teachers anytime and typically get a response within 30 mins or less (depending on busy times). The app also allows for touchless check-in/out using a QR code, and setup billing payments for easy tuition management.
