About the Program:
The Whittier, Ca. Licensed Large Family Child Care is an Educational Enrichment Program for children aged 2-12 years of age. We use the High/Scope Approach for 3-12 years and Tender Care and Early Learning for our 0-3 year olds. The Provider, Cindy, has an A.S. a B.A. and Masters Degree in Child Development and a Program Director Permit. She is a trainer for High/Scope, Second Step Curriculum, and Program for Infant Toddler Caregiving, "When Families Know Children Grow Family Engagement Curriculum." All Elementary aged children are provided with transportation from School and all hold Awards from their Schools, from Achievement to Kindness, Honor Roll and/or Principals List and two are GATE students, due to all the great homework help that the staff provide each child.
